How long will it take to receive my products? 

Standard shipping will take 3 - 5 business days from dispatch (to most metro areas).

Express shipping will take 1 - 3 business days from dispatch (to most metro areas).

When will my product be dispatched? 

Upon receiving payment products will be dispatched within 48 hours. 

 What locations do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. If we receive enough interest from outside of Australia and NZ we will look to ship to other locations in the near future. If you would love to see us ship to your location send us an email at support@teaplace.com.au. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? 

We offer change of mind refunds within 30 days of ordering. Products should be in the same condition as when purchased. This includes but not limited to no damage and not opened. If you wish to obtain a refund please send us a message on the contact us page or email us at support@teaplace.com.au. 

Do you offer a product guarantee? 

Yes we do! We believe in the quality of our products and if the quality does not meet your expectations please email us at support@teaplace.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will organise a refund. Standard shipping cost to return will be deducted from refund. 

What is the products shelf life? 

Our tea's are best consumed within 6 months of opening. Our products are packaged in a zip locked bag which allows for longer consumption.
